Rules and Conditions
Security and Cleaning
A $1000 refundable security deposit secures your rental with us. There is also a $300 cleaning fee to help ensure Bayberry is ready to go for our next guests.
Not Allowed
Unfortunately we cannot rent Bayberry for graduation parties or after-proms, or to anyone under the age of 28. We also cannot allow pets, sorry!
Minimum Rentals
During the Summer and Shoulder Seasons rentals are by the week only, and span from Saturday to Saturday. Off Season rentals are by the day with a 3 day minimum, and can start any time.
Sheets and Towels
Guests must bring their own bed sheets for their stay (5 twins, 3 queens). We also ask that guests bring their own towels for the beach as well as for the bathroom.
